I joined the trial plan on July 23, 2023, and I canceled it on July 29, 2023. Yet, my credit card bill shows that Resume Coach still charged me. Is this a trial scam or what? And come on, 30 bucks for just one CV? That's just absurd and not worth it at all!

I purchased a membership that was supposed to give me access for 14 days. But when I attempted to cancel the auto-renewal just half an hour after signing up, I lost all my access. I reached out to customer support and talked to Emma, who was totally unhelpful. She was really vague, acting like she didn’t want to admit this is a scam to keep folks on auto-renewal even if they ain't using the service anymore. Thanks for nothing!

She was intentionally vague, refusing to acknowledge that this is a scam to keep people on auto-renewal even when they no longer use the service. I appreciate your lack of assistance!
